Here's how custom orders work at The Belle Edition:

How do I place a custom order?

To begin a custom order, send us a message through Instagram, or email at thebelleedition@gmail.com. Be sure to include the following:

Book or trope preference (e.g., enemies-to-lovers, specific title/author, etc.)

Flower color theme (e.g., pastel, bold, seasonal, etc.)

Wrapping colors (e.g., match to the books chosen, different colors)

Size you're interested in (small, medium, large - we'll guide you)

Preferred delivery date or event date

We'll follow up within 24-48 hours with a quote, processing time, and availability.

How much do custom orders cost? 

Prices vary depending on the size, number of books, and design details. We'll provide a full quote before payment. 

Can I make changes after ordering?

You may request changes before payment. Once payment is made and production begins, no changes can be made. 

When do I pay?

Payment is due in full once you approve your custom design and quote. 

Are custom orders refundable?

No. All custom orders are final sale due to their personalized nature.
