At The Belle Edition, each bouquet is handcrafted with care. To keep our process smooth and fair, please review our purchase and cancellation policy below:
Purchase Options:
All purchases must be made in full at the time of checkout. We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure online payment system. Orders will not be processed until payment is received.
Cancellations:
Because all products are custom-made, we do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed. Please double-check your order details, delivery address, and payment before confirming your purchase.
Changes to Orders:
If you notice an error or need to make a small change, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. While we can't guarantee edits, we'll do our best to accommodate if your bouquet hasn't entered production yet.
Missed Delivery:
If a delivery attempt is made and no one is available to receive it, we will reach out to reschedule. Additional delivery fees may apply for second attempts.
