All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds.
In the rare case that your book bouquet arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. You must provide clear photos of the damage for us to assess the issue.
If approved, we will send a replacement once the original item is returned to us. Return shipping for damaged items will be covered by us.
Please note: We do not offer refunds for delayed deliveries or change-of-mind purchases.
