Welcome to The Belle Edition! By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Products & Orders

All products are handmade and may vary slightly from the images shown. Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. All sales are final. 

       2. Custom Orders

We offer custom book bouquets, allowing you to choose the book(s) or trope, flower color scheme, and paper theme. Custom orders are handled through direct communication and are quote-based. Pricing will vary depending on the bouquet size, design complexity, and materials selected. Once design details and pricing are agreed upon, full payment is required to begin production. Custom orders are final sale and non-refundable due to their personalized nature. Minor edits may be requested before payment is made, but no changes can be made once production has started. 

      3. Payment

Payment is due at checkout for standard items or upon agreement for custom orders. We accept all major credit/debit cards and payment through secure third-party platforms.

     3. Delivery & Shipping

We offer local delivery within 20 miles for a fee based on distance. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect addresses or carrier issues. 

     4. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns. If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos. A replacement may be issued once the original is returned. See our Return Policy for full details. 

     5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including product photos, descriptions, and branding, is the property of The Belle Edition. You may not use or reproduce any content without permission. 

     6. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. 

     7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
